意法半导体的LSM330DLC多传感器模块拥有可选2-16g加速度量程和250-2500dps角速度量程(俯仰、翻滚及偏航 )。为解决以电池供电的便携设备的电源限制问题所设计,意法半导体的新传感器模块可支持关机和睡眠两个省电模式,内置高级智能电源管理所需的先入先出(FIFO)存储块。此外,该产品的工作电压范围为2.4V至3.6V。
市场应用:包括手机、平板电脑等智能消费电子设备的运动控制式用户界面、个人导航系统内的盲区导航和地图匹配功能、以及便携电子产品内的智能省电和自由落体检测功能。

iNEMO inertial module: 3D accelerometer and 3D gyroscope
The LSM330DLC is a system-in-package featuring a 3D digital accelerometer and a 3D digital gyroscope.
ST&rsquos family of MEMS sensor modules leverages the robust and mature manufacturing processes already used for the production of micromachined accelerometers.
The various sensing elements are manufactured using specialized micromachining processes, while the IC interfaces are developed using a CMOS technology that allows the design of a dedicated circuit which is trimmed to better match the sensing element acteristics.
The LSM330DLC has dynamically user-able full scale acceleration range of ±2 g/±4 g/±8 g/±16 g and angular rate of ±250/±500/±2000 deg/sec.
The accelerometer and gyroscope sensors can be either activated or separately put in Low power/Power-down mode for applications optimized for power saving.
The LSM330DLC is available in a plastic land grid array (LGA) package
